ROLE DISCRIPTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator based in Strand. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and analysing performance metrics to enhance online engagement.
Key Responsibilities include:
Content Creation: Develop original content for various platforms, including text, images and videos to ensure it aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborating with marketing teams to ensure consistency across all channels.
Audience Engagement: Monitor social media interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a community around the brand.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content, using this data to refine strategies and improve engagement.
MINIMUM SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience with digital marketing is beneficial.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software is essential.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools can be advantageous.
- Strong writing and editing skills are crucial for creating engaging content and interacting with the audience
professionally.
- Should be creative in content development and organized in managing multiple campaigns and schedules.
