VACANCY: STOCK CONTROLLERS x4

Location: Coega, Gqeberha

We are looking for experienced and organised Stock Controllers to join a warehouse operation in Coega.

Minimum Requirements

Matric/equivalent
3–5 years’ experience in warehouse inventory or stock control
Experience with SAP, ERP or Warehouse Management Systems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
Valid Driver’s Licence
Forklift licence will be an advantage
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and accurately book incoming stock
• Allocate correct stock numbers and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct stock reconciliations and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Plan warehouse capacity and storage requirements
• Coordinate receiving and put-away activities
• Maintain accurate ERP/Warehouse Management System transactions
• Monitor warehouse utilisation and stock movements
• Ensure good housekeeping, safety and compliance standards
