Seventh Park Hair is a full-service, family-focused hair and beauty salon group operating since 2013, with locations at Musgrave Centre and Umhlanga in Durban. We offer barbering, braiding, nails and lashes, and hair extension installation services, serving clients of all ages.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Store Coordinator to lead our Umhlanga branch — a premium, client-focused location where service quality and retention are top priority. You will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, staff performance, and ensuring every client leaves happy and booked for their next visit.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations: opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and stock checks

Ensure every client receives excellent, consistent service and follow-up

Collect client feedback after every service and book follow-up appointments before clients leave

Keep complete, accurate client records and service history on the system

Manage staff clock-ins, notes, and daily reporting on the system

Meet and drive store-wide and individual staff sales targets

Manage and support branch staff, addressing performance issues promptly

Report any staff or operational incidents to the General Manager/Owner

Requirements

Previous experience in salon, retail, or hospitality supervision

Strong client service and people management skills

Comfortable using booking/POS and staff management systems

Reliable, well-organised, and able to work weekends/Sundays on a rotation basis

Matric (Grade 12) essential
