Supervisor Needed – Cleaning Services
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to oversee our cleaning teams for residential and office clients. Important to have cleaning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning staff on-site
Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained
Conduct regular inspections of work completed
Manage staff schedules and attendance
Address client concerns professionally
Ensure all work is completed as agreed with clients
Will be responsible for the invoicing and collecting fees of services rendered.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience (cleaning industry preferred)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
Valid driver’s license
