We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Surveillance
Controller to join our security team. The successful candidate will be
responsible for monitoring surveillance systems and ensuring the safety and
security of the site at all times.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

12-hour shifts

Rotation: 3 days on, 3 nights on, 3 days off

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously

Detect, report, and respond to suspicious activities or security incidents

Maintain accurate incident logs and reports

Communicate effectively with on-site security personnel and management

Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning and report faults

Adhere to company security procedures and protocols

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in a surveillance or control room environment (advantageous)

Ability to work long hours, day and night shifts

Good observation skills and attention to detail

Clear communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work under pressure and remain alert at all times

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant security qualification (e.g. PSIRA registration, CCTV/Control Room training)
will be an advantage
