We are seeking a responsible and alert Surveillance Controller to join our security team.

Age Requirement: 20–30 years

Location: Durban Town

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems

Identify and report suspicious or unusual activities

Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports

Coordinate with on-site security personnel

Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications:

Minimum High School Diploma / Grade 12 Certificate

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CCTV systems)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong observation and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Added Advantages:

Previous experience in surveillance, security, or control room operations

Security training certificate

Knowledge of CCTV software and monitoring systems
