Description
The Faculty of Management Science has a permanent position of a Technician at the
Mbombela Campus.
Critical Performance Areas
• Arranging all activities for the subjects Adventure Activities I, II and III in the
Adventure Tourism Management Diploma programme;
• Accompany and supervise students on all adventure activities;
• Participate in all adventure activities;
• Liaise with industry;
• Perform all administration with reference to the subjects Adventure Activities I , II,
and III;
• Participate in research activities in the Adventure Tourism Programmes.
Minimum Requirements
• A Diploma (NQF6) in Adventure Tourism Management
• At least three(3) years relevant experience in a higher education institution.
Recommended experience
• PDP license Code 10
• ARA level II;
• Abseil supervisor;
• River Guiding Level II;
• First Aid Level III;
