Minimum Experience: 10 years of driving an 8-ton truck

Salary Range: R380 - R450 per day (depending on experience)

Job Duties:

Safely operate an 8-ton truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road.

Load and unload cargo, securing it properly to prevent damage during transit.

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the truck is in good working condition.

Keep accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times, destinations, and any issues encountered.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules.

Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude while representing our company.

Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a minimum of 10 years of experience driving an 8-ton truck.

Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.

Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.

Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed.
