We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Cruise ship Attendants,Chefs,House Keepers,Waiters/Waitresses to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment The ideal candidate must be well-presented, courteous, and passionate about food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Prepare and sanitize restaurant tables, maintaining cleanliness and order.

Greet and attend to customers upon arrival.

Present menus and assist guests with food and beverage selections.

Accurately take and serve food and drink orders.

Answer guest inquiries and make product recommendations.

Work collaboratively with restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff.

Handle customer complaints professionally and positively.

Issue bills and process payments efficiently.

Ensure tables are clean and reset promptly for new guests.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Ex-abroad candidates with prior hospitality experience preferred.

Education:

Matric/Diploma/ Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field.

Language Skills:

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Age:

Between 21 to 48 years old.

Gender:

Open to male and female candidates.

Physical Requirements:

Height: Minimum 150 cm

Weight: Between 45 kg and 75 kg

Well-groomed, presentable, and hygienic appearance is essential.

Working Hours:

8-hour shifts per day with 1-hour break (total 9-hour duty).

Passport:

Must be valid for at least 2 years.
