Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of waiting experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, polished demeanor.
Solid understanding of menu navigation, upselling techniques, and basic wine knowledge.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tables efficiently.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Reliable transport to and from the restaurant in Athlone Circle.
