Warehouse Inventory Counting Clerk

Location: Germiston

Salary: R7000

Responsible for accurate counting, recording, and reporting of raw material

stock levels to ensure smooth warehouse operations and compliance with

company inventory standards.

Requirements:

- Must have Grade 12/Matric.

- Must have 2 years’ experience in warehouse inventory or stock control.

- Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP systems advantageous).

- Must be available immediately

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Must be team player: Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily and weekly stock counts of raw materials/ finished

products.

- Record and reconcile physical counts against system records.

- Identify and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.

- Maintain accurate inventory logs and update on the internal systems.

- Assist in stock audits and cycle counts.

- Ensure proper labeling and storage of raw materials/ finished products.

- Follow health, safety, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
