The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrator – Operations Project Manager to support and manage the administrative and operational aspects of our projects. This role is ideal for someone who excels at structure, coordination, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to operations and project management teams
• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and reporting
• Assist with planning, tracking, and monitoring project timelines and deliverables
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records, contracts, compliance documents, and site documentation
• Support budgeting, procurement, and cost-tracking processes
• Identify operational gaps and assist in implementing process improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or project support role
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management or ERP systems
• Experience within construction, property, or related industries (advantageous)
• Relevant qualification in Administration, Project Management, or Operations (advantageous)
