Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our digital marketing activity within the communications industry. You will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support commercial objectives. This role combines strategy with hands-on delivery across paid, owned, and earned digital channels.
Salary: Market related
Minimum Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn) are an advantage.
• 4+ experience in a Digital Marketing Manager (or similar) role
• Experience in the communications, telecoms, media, or technology sector.
• Experience with CRM/automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce/Pardot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
• Strong hands-on experience in paid media, SEO, and email/automation.
• Experience managing website performance and landing page conversion optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting data and translating it into action.
• Excellent copy, messaging, and campaign planning capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
