Description

We are seeking a female for the receptionist/admin role.

Must reside in Phoenix and surrounding areas. No experience needed. Training will be provided.

Must have reliable transport.

Must be between the age of 28 - 40.

Duties:

Answering switchboard and correctly allocating calls to departments

Greet walk-in clients

Order supplies

General admin duties

Ensure reception area is neat and tidy at all times

Competencies:

Matric certificate

Friendly and professional

Good telephone etiquette

Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferred)

Drivers license (preferred)

Salary will be discussed in the interview.
