We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our guesthouse team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations while supporting guest services and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage bookings, reservations, and guest check-ins/check-outs
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate records, invoices, and reports
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Assist with basic financial tasks (payments, petty cash, etc.)
Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Computer literacy (MS Office, booking systems, email)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Professional appearance and friendly attitude
Able to work night shifts
Salary: R4,500 per month
