We specialise in beautifully handcrafted macarons, meringues, and hand-decorated iced cookies supplied to leading retail stores.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bakery Assistant to
join our production team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work,
has a creative eye, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced production
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the production of pastry cases, tartlets, macarons, meringues, and hand-decorated cookies.
Flooding and decorating cookies with royal icing to a consistent, high-quality standard
Packing and preparing products for retail distribution
Ensuring all products meet brand presentation and quality standards
Maintaining strict hygiene and cleanliness in the workspace
Supporting daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements:
Previous bakery or food production experience is advantageous
Good attention to detail, especially in decorating and finishing work
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn new techniques and follow instructions
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
