We are seeking a skilled and reliable Printer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with printer repairs and a solid understanding ofbasic networking and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose,repair, and maintain office printers, specifically Ricoh and Olivetti devices
Install, configure, and troubleshoot network-connected printers
Set up and manage SMTP settings for scan-to-email functionality
Provide basic support for PABX and VoIP systems
Perform on-site service calls and client support
Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and downtime is minimized

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Printer Technician
Strong knowledge of Ricoh and Olivetti printer repairs
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity, troubleshooting)
Experience with SMTP configuration for printers
Understanding of PABX and VoIP systems
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
