We are seeking a hands on individual to join our team!

Experience & Skills Required:

Strong experience in customer service and sales, with the ability to build good client relationships

Able to manage workflow efficiently and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation in the workshop

Confident in addressing quality issues with the workshop team and maintaining high standards

Technically minded and hands-on — not afraid to get involved when needed

Comfortable working around boats/ vehicles; able to jump on and off boats as part of the job

Basic knowledge of stripping and assembling components

Willing to assist in the workshop when required

Drivers licence + reliable transport
