We are a growing Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Johannesburg and we are looking for a motivated and professional Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about tourism, sales, and building long-term client relationships while growing with an ambitious company.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and outbound sales leads

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers

Promote and sell local and international travel packages

Meet monthly sales targets

Maintain professional communication with clients

Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements:

Previous sales experience (tourism experience is an advantage)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality

Good computer and email skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional appearance and attitude
