Responsibilities Include:

• General office administration
• Answering calls and responding to emails
• Processing quotations, invoices, and orders
• Customer and supplier communication
• Filing and document management
• Assisting management with daily operational tasks
• Maintaining a professional and organized office environment

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Excel / Email)
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional attitude and good work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
