Job Description – Sales Representative & Team Leader

LV Nutritional Products – East Rand, Gauteng

LV Nutritional Products is seeking a motivated, sales-driven, and open-minded individual to join our growing team as a Sales Representative & Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, maintaining and growing client relationships, and overseeing nationally based brand ambassadors.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing to travel, work with in-house administrative systems, monitor team performance, and step in operationally when required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Call on existing clients and maintain professional customer relationships

Source and secure new clients and business opportunities

Meet and exceed sales targets

Lead and manage a team of nationally based ambassadors

Conduct staff and product training sessions

Monitor team targets, productivity, and overall performance

Assist teams in the field when required

Ensure all reporting and administration is completed accurately and on time

Use company in-house administrative tools and systems effectively

Provide regular performance feedback and support to ambassadors

Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation

Travel nationally when required for training, operations, and team support

Minimum Requirements

Previous sales experience essential

Leadership or team management experience advantageous

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven and target-focused mindset

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Willingness to travel nationally

Comfortable working with company systems and administrative processes

Valid driver’s license advantageous

Salary: R12000-R20000
