We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team for a project based at the Port of Richards Bay. The successful candidate will oversee daily site operations, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards on all projects.

Key Responsibilities

⁠Supervise and coordinate on-site workers and subcontractors

⁠Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met

Enforce health and safety regulations on site

⁠Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Report daily progress to management

⁠Manage materials, equipment, and site resources

⁠Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

⁠Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role

⁠Strong leadership and communication skills

⁠Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

⁠Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site procedures

⁠Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
