Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Shop Manager to join our retail team. The ideal candidate must have strong sales ability, good customer service skills, and experience in marketing and promoting products.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Assist with daily shop operations and staff supervision

-Drive sales and improve customer service

-Promote products through in-store marketing and social media

-Help with stock control, merchandising, and pricing

-Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

-Assist with cash-ups and general administration

-Monitor shop cleanliness and presentation

-Work towards monthly sales targets

Requirements

-Previous retail or shop management experience

-Sales and marketing experience essential

-Good communication and people skills

-Ability to work under pressure and manage staff

-Computer literacy will be an advantage

-Honest, reliable, and well presented
