Description

We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service. You
will be responsible for conducting thorough and impartial property inspections,
documenting findings with time-stamped images, and providing clear, comprehensive
inspection reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting detailed property inspections (both residential and commercial)
Documenting the condition of the property with accurate reports and images
Ensuring compliance with the Rental Housing Act and other relevant legislation
Communicating with clients to schedule inspections and deliver reports
Providing clear, unbiased reports for landlords, tenants, and property managers

Requirements:

Previous experience in property inspections or a related field (preferred, but not required)
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Knowledge of the Rental Housing Act and other relevant property legislation (preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
