We are looking for a confident, motivated, and professional individual to assist with business outreach and client communication for growing service-based businesses expanding in Cape Town.
This is a remote position focused on contacting restaurants, hotels, retail stores, wine farms, hospitality businesses, and related brands to introduce our services and generate leads.
Responsibilities include:
Cold calling potential clients
Sending emails and Instagram/social media messages
Following up with businesses and leads
Introducing company services professionally
Booking meetings and generating opportunities
Assisting with business development and client communication
The first month of the role will mainly focus on outreach, cold calling, and learning the business. If we feel it is a good fit and you become confident in the role, there may also be opportunities to attend in-person client meetings in the future.
Requirements:
Must have own laptop and smartphone
Stable internet access
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to businesses
Professional and confident telephone manner
Self-motivated and proactive
Good English communication skills
Comfortable working independently from home
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or call centre experience is advantageous
Position Details:
Remote position
Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Month-to-month contract
Salary: R8,000 per month
Performance will be evaluated based on:
Consistency in outreach and follow-ups
Communication quality
Leads generated
Clients and deals brought into the business
