We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in our new office based in Overport.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
Provide administrative support to management and staff.
Maintain filing systems and company records.
Prepare and manage correspondence, documents, and reports.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Assist current employees with day-to-day administrative requirements.
Ensure reception and office areas remain organized and professional.
Handle client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate.
Previous reception and/or administrative experience will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and provide assistance where required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
Must reside in or near the Overport area.
