Property Management company in Mthatha is seeking a Plumber that will be responsible for
plumbing work.

The candidate will not only be limited to plumbing, will also be expected to do
general basic maintenance. Break and fix, but should have a strong handle in
plumbing.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up new plumbing systems in both new construction and existing building
renovations.

Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing system at commercial and residential
properties.

Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems.

Responding to urgent calls regarding leaks, flooding or complete system failures

Troubleshooting plumbing problems by investigating and implementing a solution

Perform general maintenance work

Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction

Job Requirements and Skills

Valid driver’s license

Physical fitness

1-2 years trade experience as a plumber

Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs

Excellent communication and personal skills in client and co-worker relations

Time management skills
