An established organisation is looking for a skilled and results-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial function. The role requires a strong balance of strategic insight and hands-on management, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective support of business objectives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA(SA)/CIMA or equivalent qualification advantageous).

5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with financial systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
