Key Requirements:

BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles with 3+ years post-articles experience.
Experience within automotive or a related industry advantageous.
Strong ability to manage a full finance function.
Confident, assertive personality with strong leadership ability.
Previous managerial experience essential.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full finance function of the business.
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Ensure strong financial controls and compliance are maintained.
Lead and mentor finance and administrative staff.
Partner with operational teams to support business performance.
Assist with audits and statutory reporting requirements.
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
