Description

An established law firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to join their professional legal team.

The ideal candidate will be an organised and detail-oriented individual with solid experience in High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation, able to manage case files efficiently and provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to attorneys.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Litigation Secretary within a law firm.

Proficient in High Court and Magistrate’s Court procedures.

Strong computer literacy (MS Office, LegalSuite / GhostPractice or similar).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
