We are looking for an Afrikaaner Citrus farm manager out of KZN to become a Team player, more importantly a person who can meet production targets in terms of producing quality and quantitative citrus.

The more experience in farming citrus the individual has will definitely add to the individuals credibility.

The character of the farmer is equally as important to us. He must have qualities such as: Respective and knows how to command respect, Authoritive and delegative with staff, Confidential with senior management, To treat the farm as his own business, protect the business to ensure his own personal development within the business etc...... if you are a serious farmer you will understand what we are saying.

This job is for a hands-on Farmer whereby the individual will make this job more of a lifestyle.

In order to perform well the individual has to be passionate about Citrus production or atleast willing to develop a passion for it.

In saying this the job is very rewarding should the individual meet the farming expectations of senior management. We are looking for a team member , not just an ordinary employee who's attitude is that of a 9am to 4pm worker.

We work until the job is done as farmers and we take our work seriously.

Being a citrus farmer is an action packed job but you can work smartly to find the balance between your private life and work.

The individual should be able to speak English and isiZulu which is the most important.

Being an Afrikaaner who can converse in isiZulu and English will be a bonus to you.

Starting salary:

R20,000 - R30,000 a month after deductions.
