We are looking for a Sales Rep/Closer with a proven ability to convert qualified opportunities into paying customers.
This is not an appointment-setting or lead-generation role. Your main responsibility will be to conduct sales calls, present client offers, handle objections, ask for the sale, and close qualified prospects.
You will support businesses that need an experienced closer without hiring a full-time internal sales representative. You must be comfortable taking responsibility for sales outcomes and be able to demonstrate previous closing results.
What You Will Help With
• Take qualified prospects through the full sales conversation
• Run structured discovery and sales calls
• Understand the prospect’s needs, budget, authority, and timing
• Present the client’s offer, pricing, and value proposition clearly
• Connect the offer directly to the prospect’s needs
• Handle pricing, value, and timing objections professionally
• Recognise buying signals and confidently ask for the sale
• Negotiate within agreed client guidelines
• Follow up with prospects who do not close on the first call
• Recover stalled opportunities
• Convert qualified leads into signed clients, deposits, or confirmed business
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline stages
• Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and sales barriers
This Is a Closing Role
The successful candidate must be able to do more than build rapport, qualify leads, or book appointments. You will be expected to lead the conversation from discovery through to decision, create urgency, ask for commitment, and follow up until a clear outcome is reached.
