Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all Distribution Warehouse operations from receiving through to dispatch.
Ensure stock is safeguarded, accurately controlled, and efficiently distributed.
Oversee receiving and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements.
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain a high-performing team.
Manage fleet planning, vehicle tracking, servicing, licensing, and repairs.
Monitor warehouse security systems and maintain stock integrity.
Oversee health & safety compliance, maintenance, facilities management, and contractor coordination.
Manage warehouse administration, GRVs, packaging stock, and monthly reconciliations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager within a clothing or textile manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving, dispatch, and logistics processes.
Experience managing warehouse teams and driving operational excellence.
Sound understanding of health & safety regulations and warehouse compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid Driver's Licence.
