Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion
Supervise and manage multiple operational teams across various sites
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective project delivery
Ensure projects are completed within agreed deadlines and contractual requirements
Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands
Ensure all reports are completed and handed into management
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards
Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates to management
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations

Experience & Qualifications:

Relevant Project Management qualification
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance requirements
Proven experience in project management
Strong reporting, budgeting and financial management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
Excellent planning, organisational and problem solving abilities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Computer literacy a must
Valid drivers licence
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Package & Remuneration:

R12,000 - R20,000 monthly dependent on qualifications and experience
