An established hospitality venue in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations.
This role is responsible for the day to day running of food and beverage service, keeping standards high and margins healthy.
You will manage a team across kitchen and front of house, work closely with the head chef on menu and cost control, and make sure guests get a consistently great experience every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
Monitor and control costs, wastage and margins.
Recruit, train and manage F&B staff.
Set and maintain service standards across the department.
Work with the kitchen team on menu planning and pricing.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
Compile reports on sales, costs and performance.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years experience in a food and beverage management role.
Strong understanding of cost control and stock management.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
Solid knowledge of POS and stock management systems.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Hospitality management qualification is an advantage.
