Description

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Chefs to join our team in Camps Bay.

1 × Sous Chef
Requirements:

Qualified chef with a SARBOR/food safety aptitude (please clarify if a specific certificate is intended)

Steakhouse experience preferred

Able to coordinate a very busy kitchen

Strong food and meat knowledge

Able to maintain high food-quality standards

Must be able to work weekends

Rate: R60–R65 per hour, depending on experience

1 × Hot Section Chef

Requirements:

Able to read and understand recipes

Good cooking knowledge and practical kitchen skills

Disciplined and reliable

Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen

Able to deliver orders on time

Good timekeeping

Must be able to work shifts and weekends

1 × Cleaner

Requirements:

Previous restaurant cleaning experience preferred

Good knowledge of restaurant cleaning standards

Reliable and hardworking

Able to work shifts and weekends
