We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and experienced Assistant Manager / Manager to join our busy butchery team.

Responsibilities:

* Overseeing daily butchery operations

* Managing staff

* Stock control and ordering

* Monitoring waste and improving profitability

* Ensuring quality control of all meat products

Requirements:

* Previous butchery management experience

* Receiving Management

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Knowledge of meat cuts and processing

* Knowledge on POS systems

* Basic computer skills

* Ability to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

* Good stock control and admin skills

* Reliable and trustworthy

* Own Vehicle - May need to travel to different stores
