This organisation is recognised for its quality products, extensive inventory holdings, and commitment to operational excellence across warehousing, distribution, and customer service.

Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch. Drive stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes, manage warehouse staff performance, ensure health and safety compliance, optimise warehouse efficiencies, monitor KPIs, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure exceptional service levels to internal and external customers while supporting continuous operational improvement.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years' Warehouse Management experience within the fastener, bolts & nuts, industrial hardware, engineering, steel, manufacturing or industrial distribution industry.
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing or Business Management.
Strong inventory management experience, including stock control, cycle counts, stock accuracy and warehouse optimisation.
Experience managing warehouse teams, performance management, health & safety compliance and operational KPIs.
Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Syspro, Sage, JDA or similar warehouse management systems.
