We are looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operation of a busy coffee shop and restaurant.
Key responsibilities include:
managing and motivating staff; preparing rosters; maintaining excellent
customer service; overseeing food quality and hygiene; controlling stock,
purchasing and wastage; managing cash and daily administration; monitoring
sales and profitability; dealing with customers and staff; ensuring equipment and premises are properly maintained; and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and sales.
The ideal candidate must have , strong leadership and communication skills, good financial and stock-control knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of the business.
