Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Barista, preferably with food specialist or food service experience (Experience in Vida e Caffé is an advantage)
Passion for coffee, food, and excellent customer service.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Confident in operating a POS system.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service standards.
Flexible and available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
