Manning reception and welcoming of customers and visitors.
Handling all customer queries, guiding customers through the process and updating them on the progress.
Follow up on quoting and leads, making bookings and ensure excellent customer service is maintained up to after sale response.
Doing some admin duties and liaise with workshop when required
