Description

An accounting company in existence for more than 25 years seeks the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Accountant.

The incumbent must have experience in an accounting environment for at least 3 to 4 years and must have good understanding of financial concepts, problem solving skills and ethics.

Skills Required:

- Independently manage a portfolio of clients and proactively address clients’ needs

- Statutory returns submission – SARS, WCC etc.

- Solid understanding and interpretation of Annual Financial Statements and Management Accounts

- Advanced Pastel and Caseware experience

- Good communication skills

- Accurate and organized with high attention to detail

- Team player who is adaptable and deadline driven

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Audit experience will be advantageous

Candidate must be in possession of a B.Com qualification or similar.
