Description
We are a fast paced medical company offering mobile healthcare services across RSA. We’re looking for a committed and highly organized Admin Assistant / Bookings Administrator to support our daily operations and CEO in the Gauteng Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and book daily appointments via email and phone, providing timely feedback to all involved parties.
Manage high-volume email traffic (100–300 emails per day).
Serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, handling administrative duties, document review, and remittance checks.
Accurately capture data for invoicing purposes.
Prepare a daily diary of appointments while optimizing travel routes.
Use Google Maps to plan efficient schedules based on travel time, distance, and location. Familiarity with the Gauteng area is an advantage.
Requirements:
Prefer you to be based in Gauteng
Must be able to work from home in a distraction-free office setup.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal (not negotiable).
Calm, professional demeanor even when under pressure.
High attention to detail, especially with numbers (e.g. ID and contract numbers).
Ability to write and structure professional emails is essential.
Stable personal background to ensure consistent performance please.
Additional Information:
This is a junior role with a junior salary.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00–17h00; alternate Saturdays, 08h00–13h00 (as needed).
Voluntary after-hours work available for catch-up.
