WE ARE HIRING – ADMIN CLERK
We are looking for a mature, reliable and well-organised Admin Clerk to join our team.
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
Female aged between 35 – 45 years
Residing in or around Seaview, Bellair, Hillary or Queensburgh
Previous administration experience
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & Emails)
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
Strong filing and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of invoicing and quotations will be an advantage
Honest, punctual and dependable
Duties Include:
General office administration
Answering calls and responding to emails
Filing and document control
Capturing invoices and quotations
Assisting management with daily office operations
Following up on outstanding paperwork and payments
Position: Full Time
Location: Durban South Area
