Mature Admin & Finance Officer Required
Type. Full-Time
Salary: R15,000 – R30,000/month (Negotiable based on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Manage payroll (Casual & permanent staff).
Reconcile Nedbank/Capitec business accounts.
Administration:
Maintain company records (VAT, PAYE, compliance).
Coordinate logistics (supplier orders, inventory).
Assist with HR (onboarding, leave tracking).
Reporting:
Prepare weekly cash flow reports for the CFO.
Track expenses vs. budgets.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin.
2+ years in admin/finance (Agri/retail experience a plus).
Skills:
Proficient in Excel, Xero/QuickBooks, and online banking.
Organized, ethical, and able to meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of VAT, PAYE, and payroll systems.
