Description

Our client in the Milling industry is looking for a detail-driven Administrative Coordinator to provide top-notch support and lead inventory control operations. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference, this could be your next big move!

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team
Valid passport required
Code 8 driver’s license & own transport
Experience in inventory control processes = advantage!
Strong Excel skills + reporting & data reconciliation
Excellent communication & admin skills
Proficiency in: MS Outlook, MS Word, Kairos, MS Excel, SharePoint, Granite (Advanced level)
Solid understanding of administration & inventory control
Knowledge of supply chain management
Intermediate understanding of basic bookkeeping
