Requirements:
Matric or a tertiary qualification, administration, or a related field.
1 or more years office administration experience.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
