Location: Jetpark, Boksburg
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to supporting both operations and office functions.

Key Responsibilities
Data capturing of bills and financial information
Preparing invoices, statements, and handling follow-ups
Processing payments to suppliers
Compiling and maintaining month-end reports
Creating, updating, and maintaining safety files
Providing administrative support to the workshop
Managing storeroom activities, including:
Stock takes
Booking items in and out
Placing monthly orders
Performing general HR-related administrative duties
Assisting shareholders and the Operations Manager with requests
Managing switchboard communications
Providing daily workshop updates

Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate
Valid driver’s license
Own reliable transport (Monday to Friday)
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English – speak, read, and write)
Note: Afrikaans is essential due to regular interaction with Afrikaans-speaking clients
Experience using QuickBooks Online
Advantageous Qualifications
Candidates with the following will have a strong advantage:

Experience with HSEC (Health, Safety, Environmental & Compliance)
SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Certificate
First Aid Certificate
Risk Assessor Certificate
Accident and Incident Investigation Certificate
