Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources
Assist with recruitment.
Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and induction packs.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leave, and absenteeism records.
Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Performance review administration.
Respond to employee HR-related queries professionally and confidentially.

Administration:
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
Assist with company compliance documentation and record keeping.
Support management with general administrative tasks as required.
