We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, overseeing all aspects of office administration and providing professional front-desk support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming clients, guests, and staff in a professional manner.
Efficiently manage daily incoming and outgoing calls.
Coordinating calendars, booking meetings, and confirming schedules.
Preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations.
Provide admin support to the Managing Director
Sending memos, updates, and notices to staff members
Keeping the front desk tidy and professional.
Prepare, compile and submit SHEQ tender documents
Manage company’s general administrative activities
Filing, scanning, and organizing records.
Updating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Minimum Requirements
3–5+ years proven experience in Administrator/Receptionist
Clear verbal and written skills for dealing with staff and clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
Handling unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meets
